Returns

Draft. The window and shipping rule above are final. The refund timing and exceptions below are proposed until checkout opens.

How a return works

• You have 30 days from the day it's delivered.
• Items must be unworn, unwashed and have the tags attached.
• Email hello@onward.example with your order number and what you're sending back. We reply with the return address.
• Pack it, post it, and keep the tracking number until we confirm it arrived.

Who pays for return shipping

You cover return shipping unless we got it wrong. If we sent the wrong item, the size on the label isn't the size in the bag, or it arrived damaged or faulty, we pay for the return and send the right one.

Refunds

Refunds go back to the original payment method within 7 business days of us receiving the parcel. Original shipping is not refunded unless the return is our error.

Exchanges

For a different size or colour, place a new order and return the old one. That keeps your size in stock while the return is on its way.

What we can't take back

• Sports bras and caps that have been worn, for hygiene.
• Anything washed, altered or marked.
• Gift cards.
